In this 20-minute individual session, you'll receive focused, personalized instruction from a certified swim instructor. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine specific skills, this lesson will be tailored to your goals and abilities. The instructor will work with you on technique, stroke improvement, breath control, or water confidence in a supportive, one-on-one environment. You’ll get immediate feedback and expert guidance, allowing you to progress quickly and efficiently. This short but effective lesson is ideal for making rapid improvements in your swimming technique or building confidence in the water.

Fearful and Afraid Beg

This class is specially designed for young swimmers who may feel anxious or fearful about being in the water. Whether your child has had a negative experience in the past or simply isn't yet comfortable with water, we provide a gentle, supportive environment to help them build confidence at their own pace.

We take our time, introducing basic swimming skills step-by-step, with a focus on water safety, relaxation, and trust-building exercises. Through gradual exposure, children will become more familiar with the water, developing comfort with splashing, floating, and basic movement. By the end of the session, most children will be ready to transition into our Youth Beginner Swim Lessons, where they will continue to develop their swimming abilities.

For those who are still feeling unsure or scared, we offer additional sessions to ensure each child feels fully supported and confident before progressing. This class is about progress, not perfection, and every swimmer's journey is respected and celebrated!
